Sejak pagi tadi (jam 08:44, 3 Februari 2009) server global mengalami masalah tidak bisa login menggunakan WHM & cPanel karena cPanel License expired :

Hal ini disebabkan karena lisensi cPanel server global dianggap expire. Kami segera mengajukan komplain ke datacenter karena lisensi ini sudah dibayar per tahun dan perpanjangannya sudah langsung dipotong melalui kartu kredit tanggal 1 Februari 2009.
Menurut datacenter, seharusnya hal ini tidak terjadi dan akan menanyakan ke cPanel mengenai hal ini. Berikut transkripsi percakapan kami dengan datacenter :

Today all my client can't login to WHM because license is not activated. When i go to cpanel website to verify my license, it said that :

Please activated my license and consider to have automation system to renew the license.

We are working as quick as we can and I've submitted the request to reactivate your account yesterday. There was a miscommunication between our provider and us on your IP address and I apologize for this inconvenience. I am monitoring this as we speak.
